Installation, activation and recovery.
Do not send bank statements or financial documents through support channels. This website uses sample data only.
Installation
Once a production release is available, use the signed installer from the Download page after purchase verification. Install it in the application folder, not the company data folder. Uninstalling retains data by default.
Offline activation
The application generates a request containing the installation ID, device binding, version and nonce, without statements or balances. Redeem it on the License page and import the .allicense file. The current website flow is a demo.
Start a workspace
Create a workspace, set a password and keep the recovery key separately. Choose the company, financial year and starting mode.
Recovery
Restore an .albackup into a new workspace by default. An incorrect password or damaged file should not overwrite an existing workspace.
Purchases and email
Production email and resend services are not available in this preview. The demo sends no email and charges nothing. Use the License page to try redemption in the same demo session.
